Mobilny ŚKUP - Your one-stop solution for ZTM tickets
Mobilny ŚKUP is a free Android application developed by Górnośląsko-Zagłębiowska Metropolia. The app offers a seamless experience for purchasing ZTM tickets and saving them on the ŚKUP card via NFC modules.
The app provides two ticket purchase options - "Buy and go" and "Ticket purchase." Under the "Buy and go" option, users can purchase single-travel, group, and baggage tickets and have them automatically validated. These tickets are displayed on the screen as a QR code and are not saved on the card. The "Ticket purchase" option allows users to purchase and save period tickets and personalized metrotickets on the card.
Apart from ticket purchase, the app also allows users to save tickets purchased via the Customer Portal, top-up the e-purse on the card, and check the timetable of buses, trams, and trolleybuses. Users can also stay updated on the latest news and messages related to public transport and send complaints or reports of vehicle breakdowns or validator issues.
